Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will:

  • Engage canvass assigned areas to qualify customers for a onsite appointment
  • Schedule & Conduct on-site consultations and digital presentations
  • Develop tailored proposals showcasing our eco-friendly solutions and financing options
  • Close sales, securing signed contracts and coordinating with project managers for a seamless handoff
  • Track all activity and pipeline metrics in our CRM to drive team growth and exceed monthly targets

Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written ability to explain technical remodeling concepts clearly
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot strategies after objections
  • CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms for lead and pipeline management
  • Coachable & Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn our proven sales methodologies and implement feedback
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation for client visits across our service territory
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $108,220.00 - $147,239.00 per year

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
