We seek an experienced VIP influencer marketing leader to join the SHEGLAM North America Marketing team to advance programs in North America, in partnership with our Global marketing team. In this role, you will partner with the Global Influencer Marketing team to support and influence the development, management, and execution of global marketing strategies and initiatives that create community, drive purchase intent, and build brand love. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the social ecosphere, actively participates within it, and understands the social/digital landscape. Additionally, you have a deep expertise in Influencer strategy, leveraging influencers, events, and earned media to drive campaign objectives. You will understand how these levers work together to complement a broader marketing campaign and have a strong perspective on how to measure and demonstrate ROI through these activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Global Influencer Marketing & Strategy to develop and implement North America VIP Influencer strategy to increase visibility and exposure for the SHEGLAM brand
  • Identify, build and maintain professional relationships with key talent and agency partners
  • Development of regional briefs and projects campaign briefs for key marketing campaigns for regional partners taking a strategic, data-driven, and holistic view of influencer marketing encompassing VIPs
  • Assist in the management of the Global influencer selection process and ensure that selected influencers are positive representation of the SHEGLAM brand, mission and values
  • Lead in the development of new business proposals including but not limited to: Proposal development inclusive of PowerPoint/Keynote building, writing, and organizing relevant materials
  • Development of influencer strategies and tactical plans to support business goals
  • Utilizing tools and working with cross-functional agency partners to develop insights that shape our recommendations
  • Build relationships with cross-functional leaders and ensure regular communication and alignment on influencer marketing and experiential efforts
  • Oversee and develop structure and protocol for gifting, product seeding, influencer relationships
  • Drive, track and report on influencer and celebrity social and editorial coverage
  • Measure ROI and impressions across initiatives in order to gauge success and inform future initiatives
  • Continuously identify new programs/initiatives/events to drive the brand vision, looking for first-move opportunities to leverage

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Idea-led individual with a passion for building communities with the ability to Market at the Speed of Culture
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing and/or digital agency, talent agency/representative experience
  • 2+ years’ experience developing and delivering social/digital marketing strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment required.
  • Proven track record of managing successful social/digital campaigns across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Experience working for well-known cosmetics/beauty brands with established VIP beauty influencer resources
  • Experience defining and delivering impact and Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Experience in the cosmetic/beauty industry
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in environments that require influencing cross-functional teams (often with different goals or incentives)
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external partners
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership and accountability for business
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
