At Aircraft Electric Motors, we’ll train you step-by-step to become a Rewind Technician / Assembler — no aerospace experience required.

What You’ll Do

  • Use fine motor skills to rewind, repair, and assemble electrical components for aircraft.

  • Work with copper coils, wires, and precision tools (similar to braiding or stitching).

  • Learn rewind, repair, and assembly processes in a clean, safe shop environment.

  • Follow detailed technical instructions and quality standards.

  • Train under experienced aerospace technicians and grow into a highly valued trade.

We are looking for entry level individuals who are willing to learn aviation subcomponent repair and manufacturing skills. We are also hiring individuals with previous experience. Our factory, located in Miami Lakes, just off of the Palmetto Expressway, is a new clean, well lighted, and air conditioned work environment. We are an FAA certified repair facility.
