This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience in the IT field while working remotely. *Job Description:** As an IT Service Desk Staff member, you will provide remote support to a large retail client. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to point-of-sale devices and other IT equipment. We offer flexible schedules with afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, making it an ideal role for students managing academic commitments. *Key Responsibilities:** - Provide remote IT support to retail clients - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with point-of-sale devices - Assist with basic IT inquiries and support requests - Document and track support requests in a ticketing system - Ensure timely... resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction *Qualifications:** - Must be 18 years or older.
