As you engage with customersβ€”answering questions, recommending products, processing transactions, and resolving concernsβ€”we will equip you with the skills to maintain a professional demeanor and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

AT&T Account Associate Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with clients to teach them about AT&T’s offerings, guaranteeing they identify the best answers for their demands
  • Maintain accurate, thorough records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and additional subsequent follow-ups to accurately track overall progress and precisely identify new business opportunities
  • Act as the primary contact throughout the entire sales process, from the initial inquiry to the complete order fulfillment as well as service activation
  • Help existing clients by providing account improvements, plan changes, and special deals to improve their service experience
  • Attend AT&T Account Associate daily training sessions to be up to date on product knowledge, client expectations and network with fellow team members

AT&T Account Associate Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 0-2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account management or any customer-facing role
  • Self-motivated and ambitious towards one self’s personal and professional growth
  • Eagerness to learn and receive constant feedback for improvement
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, management, and fellow AT&T Account Associate team members
  • Ability to multitask and react positively to challenges and problem-solving scenarios
