Experienced Carpenter (3+ years)

Bajus Construction Inc. was established in 1999 and specializes in the installation of Architectural Millwork. We work predominantly in the Livingston and Monroe Country areas. Our Carpenters report to our location in Ossian, NY each morning and commute to and from the jobsite in a Company vehicle. This means paid travel to and from the jobsite! Plus, we provide all necessary tools! We are looking for an Experienced Carpenter (3 years + experience) for full time permanent placement to fabricate and install in a Commercial setting.

Ideal Candidate will:

  • Reside in Livingston, Monroe, Steuben or Allegany County and have dependable transportation to get to our location.
  • Proven experience as a carpenter
  • Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials
  • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
  • Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
  • Good physical condition and endurance
  • Valid drivers license
  • OSHA 10
  • Ability to work independently when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
