Partner with the best As a Field Project Engineer, you will collaborate with the Installation & Commissioning Engineering team in the region, managing projects as a focal point for customers, suppliers, site teams, and various engineering disciplines. Responsibilities include: Being the technical reference point for the site team and customers, managing the scope of assigned projects, and resolving technical issues promptly. Assisting in troubleshooting issues of products such as heavy-duty & aeroderivative gas turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, electric motors, gearboxes, and auxiliary systems. Coordinating and communicating with customer representatives, vendors, multi-functional, and global teams, fulfilling evaluations and optimization studies. Managing lessons learned, root cause analysis, and assisting in defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Coordinating engineering modifications in the field and executing additional requests or change orders with customers. Managing documents, non-conformities, FMEA preparation, and execution. Leading quality processes and assisting in preparing critical site milestones and KPIs. Traveling to site locations as required to assist with data collection, interact with site teams, and resolve critical issues.
