YouTube Content Specialist (Full-Time) ID-1255

THE ROLE

We're looking for a YouTube Content Specialist to be our in-house expert, guiding our clients to build successful brand channels. This is a full-time role.

WE ARE

A creative agency powered by social connections. That means we thrive on what’s trending and creating campaigns that get people buzzing. We call it “Ideas Worth Talking About,” and we're proud to have played a part in some of the most culturally relevant campaigns of the decade for brands like McDonald’s, Adidas, Universal Studios, and Visa.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE

  • We like to laugh, we live for celeb gossip and we’re great on AUX.
  • Our passport program lets you explore and work from one of our 18 other offices worldwide, including Paris, Singapore, Madrid, Dubai, London and more!
  • You best believe we know how to celebrate our wins. And our losses (it’s how we learn).
  • From carbon offsets to community kitchens, we’re passionate about making a difference.
  • Did we say snacks? Because we have great snacks. (Shoutout to Sheila who keeps the kitchen stocked.)

YOU ARE

  • A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly and proactively
  • Not interested in just following trends – you want to create them
  • A self-starter, who’ll take ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback like a pro

Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. A profound understanding of what captivates YouTube audiences on brand channels is key. Beyond fostering engagement within YouTube communities, you'll guide brands by staying ahead of platform trends and relevant cultural moments on YouTube. In return, you'll join a global agency passionate about creating impactful work for some of the world's most recognizable brands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Shape YouTube Brand Strategies: Develop clear and effective content strategies for our clients' YouTube brand channels, ensuring they align with their overall brand goals.
  • Optimize for YouTube Brand Channel Success: Provide expert guidance on content formats, channel setup, video optimization (SEO), and publishing best practices to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Creative Teams: Partner with our strategists and creative teams to ensure their concepts are perfectly tailored for the YouTube brand channel environment.
  • Analyze and Improve: Track channel and content performance, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve results.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of YouTube algorithm updates, platform features, and emerging content trends, proactively identifying new opportunities for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • 5+ Years of experience in YouTube brand channel content marketing
  • Deep understanding of the YouTube platform and its best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop effective YouTube brand content strategies.
  • Experience with YouTube analytics and performance tracking.
  • A keen eye for emerging content trends and platform updates.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
