Responsibilities: ? Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across Disney's social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. ? Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. ? Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively. ? Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback. Qualifications: ? Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. ? Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. ? Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. ?
