Pirates Voyage is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Operations to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple departments. This is a key leadership role, acting as second-in-command to the General Manager & AGM and ensuring high performance across all business units, including Food & Beverage, Entertainment Production, Merchandise, Ticketing, and Facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a high guest volume environment and the ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment.

**This is a strategic leadership role overseeing cross-departmental business operations, not a facilities or maintenance position.**

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as acting General Manager during their absence.
  • Maintain consistent and high-quality operations across all departments.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and guest-friendly environment across all areas of the property.
  • Implement and manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and payroll efficiency.
  • Maintain company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Foster a positive, open, and professional work culture through effective leadership.
  • Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment.
