About the role

As the Vice President, People Experience Strategy and Services, you will lead the global teams responsible for People Program Management, People Services & Knowledge Management, HR Policy & Compliance, Contingent Workforce Management, and various operations areas that support the HR function. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between the People Experience Team on all jointly owned strategic initiatives where partnership with our President’s Office, Business Strategy, Internal Communications and Corporate Development teams is needed.  

This role will require the ability to shift seamlessly between operational and strategic priorities, and will call upon your deep expertise working cross-functionally and at the highest level of an organization. Leading multiple people leaders and a small team of senior-level professionals, your mission is to orchestrate simple and seamless delivery in support of our diverse global workforce.

In the role of Vice President, People Experience Strategy and Services, you will report to the Chief People Experience Officer. We are considering applicants for the locations of Dallas, Los Angeles (Culver City), or San Francisco.
