Great Lakes Toyota/Subaru is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our sales team!! As a BDC Agent, you will be the face of our company, working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions. Your primary goal is to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our company!


Position Overview:


As a BDC Sales Agent at Great Lakes, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service at every touchpoint. Your exceptional communication skills, enthusiasm, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads and assess their needs and preferences.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up with customers to maintain engagement and nurture relationships.
  • Provide information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business communication tools.
