Job Responsibilities:

As a caregiver with Care Watch of Michigan, you will provide essential non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Support & Personal Care

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene needs.
  • Offer individualized support tailored to each client’s personal goals and routines.
  • Encourage physical and emotional well-being through compassionate companionship and positive interaction.

Meal Assistance & Household Tasks

  • Support clients in meal preparation, involving them and their loved ones when possible.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment by tidying up client beds, floors, and shared living areas.
  • Ensure the client’s daily environment promotes safety, ease of movement, and comfort.

Additional Duties

  • Follow client care plans and supervisor guidance to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
  • Communicate observations or changes in client condition to the supervisor or care team.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support client health and well-being.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
  • Pay Rate: $15.88 per hour
  • Shift Schedule:
  • Morning / Day Shift (First Shift)
  • Monday through Friday
  • 3-hour shifts

Requirements:

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and compassionate

  • Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to the Three Rivers , MI area before starting the position
  • Prior caregiving experience is a plus, but not required – training will be provided
