Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update HR databases, files, and records
  • Coordinate internal communications and team activities
  • Help with documentation, reporting, and HR analytics
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing HR processes using digital tools
Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy — comfortable using HR software, project management tools, and digital communication tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
