Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic and operational initiatives involving department and cross-functional teams focused on product delivery.
  • Develop and execute the team's business strategy, including technology road map support and execution.
  • Centralize cash activities across the network and create standardized processes for efficiency and automation.
  • Develop and promote adherence to central services policies and training materials.
  • Lead process or system implementations in collaboration with RCM Support Team.
  • Oversee CBO practices to provide RCM support, metric reporting, and best practice solutions.
  • Manage outsourced partnerships and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Facilitate strong interpersonal relationships between internal and outsourced teams.
  • Provide oversight and support for business functions and operations management as needed.
  • Oversee customer business requirements and provide support for revenue cycle technology projects.

Requirements

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of management experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in technology implementation, product or program management.
  • 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience.
  • 5+ years of leading teams, specifically coaching and developing teams.
  • 5+ years of board or senior leadership level meeting experience.
  • 5+ years of vendor management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Track record of positive conflict resolution in complex matrixed environments.
  • Experience with billing systems platforms, particularly Centricity.
  • Six Sigma experience.
