Becoming a Team Member:
We seek a data-driven, creative, and strategic Paid Media Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts across all performance channels. This role is responsible for managing full-funnel paid media campaigns focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings proven experience scaling paid media strategies for DTC brands.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Affiliate Program Management: Manage and grow SEV’s affiliate marketing program, identifying new partners, overseeing onboarding, and optimizing performance-based collaborations.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC, and overall media efficiency.
- Media Buying: Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to drive cost-effective performance across platforms.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Full-Funnel Optimization: Build and optimize campaigns across the customer journey—from awareness to conversion—ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Attribution & Reporting: Track and report on campaign metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Klaviyo, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Media Management: Manage relationships with any external media partners, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Trend & Platform Monitoring: Stay ahead of digital media trends and emerging platforms, testing new channels and tactics to drive innovation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or digital advertising, with direct experience managing affiliate programs, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or DTC space.
- Proven track record of managing paid social, search, display, and affiliate campaigns with measurable success.
- Strong understanding of KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTV, and the ability to tie them to larger business goals.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, affiliate programs, and performance dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, testing strategies, and budget allocation.
- Strong project management and communication skills; able to thrive cross-functionally in a collaborative team environment.
Scheduling Requirements:
- Must be available to work 40 hours a week
- Including weekends and Holidays.
- Must be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each day.
- Los Angeles based candidates preferred, remote position will be considered.

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 85,000 USD per year(HQ)
