  11. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth shift handovers and effective communication.
  12. Adhere to all safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  13. Stay updated on hotel promotions, events, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to guests.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  2. Previous experience as a hotel receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  4. Warm and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency in computer systems, including property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software applications.
