) We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver with experience to provide in-home care for a client with dementia. This role requires a patient and understanding individual who can create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our client.

We provide services to residents throughout the beautiful Rogue Valley. Because of this, we are looking to grow our care team in the following Southern Oregon areas: Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Right at Home professional, you will provide essential non-medical services that allow seniors to remain safely and comfortably in their homes. Your responsibilities include:
  • Personal care: companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, transportation, mobility, and safety supervision.
  • Follow and execute the client care plan.
  • Communicate effectively with the office team.
  • Provide a safe and clean environment for the client.
  • Update daily care notes through the mobile app.


Qualifications
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Must possess a valid ID
  • Reliable transportation: ability to get to and from clients' homes.
  • Must be 18 years to apply
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
