Our Experiences team puts fans at the center of their favorite stories, in real life, through permanent entertainment venues, Netflix House, and touring attractions around the world. Netflix Houses are our permanent, always-on, constantly refreshable entertainment venues, where guests can step into their favorite stories. We want these experiences, along with merchandise offerings, to help promote love for our titles so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time and drive long-term value for Netflix.

As the Training Coordinator, you will support the entire Netflix House team by championing the training and development of the Crew to best serve our Fans/Guests. This coordinator blends the focuses of prioritization, attention to detail, and a love for continuous improvement through engaging and effective training. The ideal candidate has excellent presentation skills and is an engaging communicator that knows how to break down complex topics for diverse learners.

From new hire orientation to on-the-job skill development and regulatory compliance, you’ll be at the forefront of creating a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous learning. You will play a key role designing and facilitating all aspects of operational training. You will partner with internal Crew, vendors, and Netflix corporate partners to continuously assess and update the training programming. This role is critical in ensuring that every team member is operationally ready, empowered, connected, and immersed in the Netflix culture from day one.

What you will do:

  • Facilitate immersive and engaging on-boarding sessions for all new hourly crew members, ensuring that our culture, standards, and expectations are communicated and embraced.
  • Lead the design and coordination of position-specific, on-the-job training programs, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into daily operations.
  • Manage and track all required safety, health, and regulatory training certifications. Partner closely with EHS and other compliance teams to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.
  • Maintaining accurate training records, certifications, and compliance documents through internal tracking tools. Develop processes for tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing new training methodologies, technologies, and engagement strategies that support evolving operational needs.
  • Serve as a training subject matter expert, providing guidance, resources, and best practices to support training initiatives across all operational areas.
  • Ensure that every training interaction is an opportunity to reinforce our company values, storytelling traditions, and commitment to service excellence.

What we need from you:

  • Demonstrated 3+ years of operational training experience in a fast-paced retail, attraction, or F&B operation.
  • Proven experience facilitating and developing training programs, preferably within a high-volume, guest-facing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of tracking systems and compliance processes.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and well-trained workforce at Netflix House by overseeing on-boarding, EHS training, regulatory compliance, and continuous learning while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital.
  • Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
  • A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, well-trained, and high-performing workforce.
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays at a 365-day attraction.

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
