About the position

Southwest Bread is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) Team Members to join our team in El Segundo. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service. As a FOH Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that their orders are taken and fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for various tasks, including cashier duties, beverage preparation, and assisting with food service. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, as well as a passion for delivering quality service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be available for weekend shifts, specifically on Saturdays from 7 am to 3:30 pm and Sundays from 7 am to 1:30 pm. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and communication. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing beverages such as coffee, tea, and fresh juice, running food to tables, bussing, and assisting with food preparation on the sandwich line. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, have a positive attitude, and are eager to learn and grow within our team.
