About the Role: CNA NEMT Driver

We’re looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about patient care and want to make a meaningful impact in their community. As a CNA NEMT Driver, you will ensure each client gets to their medical appointments with dignity, safety, and comfort.


Key Responsibilities

  • ✅ Drive safely: Transport clients to and from medical appointments, rehab centers, hospitals, and other essential destinations.
  • Assist with care: Support clients with boarding, mobility, transfers, and basic needs using your CNA skills.
  • Communicate professionally: Coordinate respectfully with clients, families, and care providers.
  • Perform vehicle checks: Report issues and ensure your vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Keep accurate records: Log trip data and follow documentation protocols.
  • Protect privacy: Maintain HIPAA compliance and respect client confidentiality.
    • ️ Be ready for emergencies: Know how to respond calmly to unexpected events and follow safety procedures.
    • Be on time: Manage your schedule effectively to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
  • Represent the company well: Provide a friendly, respectful, and professional experience at all times.

What You Need

  • CNA or other Medical Certification (CPR, First Aid, BLS) (required)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
  • Compassion, patience, and reliability
  • Physical ability to assist clients with mobility needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
