We are seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our growing team. Our mission is to deliver exceptional talent solutions to support our clients success through a strategic approach. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others, assisting with Human Resource tasks, has attention to detail and is looking for a role that is different every day. This is a temp-opportunity with 40 hours per week!
Job Title: Onsite Coordinator
Location: Virginia Beach, VA.
Pay: $23 hour
Hours-Must be able to work till 9pm 5x a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing top talent
- Achieve performance targets by being goal-oriented, taking initiative and remaining agile in this fast-paced industry
- Monitor attendance and performance, coaching associates to resolve problems and recognize good performance
- Engage current talent during training to upgrade their skills for their assignments
Qualifications
- Experience in a client facing role or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with clients and associates
- High School diploma or GED
