As an assistant product manager or product manager, you'll have the opportunity to join one of three roles in our property business – one in the Central Region and two in the East Region. In the Central Region, you’ll focus on supporting Missouri and Alabama, addressing severe hail concerns in Missouri and hurricane risks in Alabama. In the East Region, you’ll support either Florida or Maryland and Vermont. For Florida, you’ll manage weather-driven volatility in this highly catastrophe-prone state while strategically identifying and pursuing bundle growth opportunities. For Maryland and Vermont, you’ll develop creative solutions to bring products to market in a challenging regulatory environment, unlocking bundled growth potential.
Across all three roles, you’ll identify and implement a strategic plan to position the states for long-term success. You’ll ensure your state(s) produce consistently profitable results while managing state-level volatility and achieving our growth objectives. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with our Pricing, Research and Development, Underwriting, and Catastrophe modeling teams to drive innovation.
