The Live Orchestration Department within DE&E Technology plays a crucial role in this mission. Our agile and responsive teams of technicians are responsible for the daily processes and procedures required to operate our live and on-demand streaming video products. This department provides round-the-clock support, ensuring that our products function seamlessly across all platforms. Our oversight includes both linear and event-based content, and we offer hands-on operational and procedural support, including system health monitoring and incident management. The Streaming Media Assistant is a vital member of our daily operations team, tasked with delivering high-profile media products to market. This role involves providing live, hands-on operational support, monitoring system health, mitigating routine issues, and orchestrating live and VOD streaming media using proprietary software.

Responsibilities

Requirements
