<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Job Duties: Associate, Client Relationship Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Miami, Florida. Act as key relationship contact for ultra-high net worth clients in the United States. Assess and Evaluate client suitability and risk tolerance with regards to their investment mandate. Oversee asset movements, portfolio implementations and leverage understanding of organizational documents, estate planning, and tax concepts tailored to Ultra-high Net-worth individuals and families. Work with middle and back-office colleagues to ensure exceptional client experience and operational efficiency. Introduce new and existing clients to the firm’s offerings, including but not limited to, client reporting, digital capabilities, and banking services and the wider investment catalogue where appropriate. Identify opportunities for wealth advisory services for clients. Execute, process, and reconcile trading and other investment related transactions. Help identify and prevent fraudulent activities by leveraging knowledge of client preferences and their financial behaviors. Lead or participate in divisional efforts to improve efficiencies within business. Serve as a coach/mentor for less tenured colleagues in the region.<br><br>Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, Business & Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior employment must include three (3) years of experience with: coordinating the operations and logistics of private wealth management including cash management reconciliation, private banking services, and new account onboarding processes; assisting on projects related to new workflow development by participating in divisional efforts to improve efficiencies in the firm; working with back and middle office processes, risk management, trade settlements and other relevant processes sensitive to clients; Financial and Cash management movements in complex discretionary portfolios; and networking with ultra-high net-worth individuals and institutional investors, scheduling meetings with potential clients, and building relationships during the client onboarding cycle and ongoing client management responsibilities.
