Virtual/Personal Assitant for a Vacation Rental Company ID-1897

A small local Vacation Property Management company is in need of 1 Virtual/ Hybrid Assistant, ideally long-term.

(Also an option for in person assistant 10 to 3 daily)

Perfect for stay-at-home parents, college students, or those looking for a flexible
le part-time job.

▪️To start about 5-10 hours a week. Focusing on Reception, taking calls and messages, and social media posts. Depending on your comfort level, once you're ready to take the initiative or lead, can be approx. 20-25 hrs. a week give or take. Possibly more hours can be discussed after some time with the owner of the company, and if you're comfortable essentially being the next person in charge when the Property Manager is not available. To start it can be super slow and seem like an on-call basis, but again depends on your comfort level. ▪️ Tasks: Social Media marketing across different platforms. Via an answering app, answer incoming calls, or return calls if missed. Check emails periodically throughout the day, daily. Cold calls or emails to out-of-the-area luxury businesses. For example Yoga studios or corporate office that makes retreats and looking for a home to host their collogues/ guest. etc. Must be excellent with client communication, great phone answering skills, great with spelling and error-free emails, and top-notch customer service all around. There is some flexibility... if having to drop off/ pick up your kids from school or appointments. Just make sure tasks and callbacks or done daily. However, please make it a priority to answer or return calls if missed. They are not much, can be 0-20 a day, during working hours. After hours missed calls can be returned the next day. From time to time you'll travel to homes to promote homes (social media marketing). This will be coordinated in advance. Check out our FB page for samples. Bonus: Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus. You will need a computer to successfully complete tasks.

▪️ On-call Weekends are required and occasional evenings in the week for incoming calls from the current guest if they're having issues. Can let it go to voicemail, and prioritize its importance. All other calls can wait till the next business day. Requesting Days off is easy, just let the boss know ahead of time. High season can be hard but can still be discussed. It’s a Vacation Property Management company in the Florida Keys, the winter season tends to be busy.
