Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls from Disney customers and guests with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
- Provide assistance with bookings, reservations, and product information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using Disney’s proprietary systems and tools.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
- Uphold the Disney standard by delivering outstanding service and fostering customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to improve processes and service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking while on calls.
