Job Description
Burn 60 is looking for a great Front Desk Associate! This position is part-time (a few hours per week) and requires the candidate to be present on-site at the studio, as this is not a remote job. Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk – greet clients by name upon entry in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist clients with purchases, managing bookings, and answering queries using our studio software.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Maintain the safety and security of client belongings throughout their visit.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any on-the-spot issues that arise.
- Introduce new clients to coaches and studio amenities using our approved induction system.
- Stay knowledgeable about our products and services, providing clients with accurate information.
- Assist in setting up for classes, ensuring that all areas are organized and ready for clients.
- Handle client feedback constructively and proactively contribute to improving our service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of all studio promotions and pricing to ensure clients are informed about available packages and offers.
- Schedule clients for classes using the studio's booking system and follow up on appointments.
- Conduct regular checks of studio facilities, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Friendly, energetic and fun personality with a customer-centric focus.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to learn and troubleshoot studio software.
- Flexible availability to cover various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to undertake physical requirements of the job, including standing for extended periods and moving weights around during clean-up.
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain one upon hiring.
- Work experience in a similar role is a plus.
