About the Role: As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of American Airlines. Your role will focus on providing world-class customer service and support to travelers around the globe. You will assist with reservations, inquiries, travel changes, and provide solutions to ensure every customer journey is seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and provide prompt, professional customer support.
