Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in German.
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and technical support.
- Deliver a high-level customer service experience by addressing customer needs and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve service delivery.
- Document customer feedback and provide insights for service enhancements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and a strong level of proficiency in English.
- Experience in customer service or related roles is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in using CRM software and customer support tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
