About the position

Logic Staffing is seeking a Clamp Forklift Operator to join a growing and dynamic team at Array Corporation. This full-time position is based in Tacoma, WA, and offers a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour with weekly pay. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of forklift operating experience, with a requirement to have operated a forklift within the past 6 months. Experience with a slip-sheet is considered a plus. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. As a Clamp Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for verifying the contents of inventory against documentation, lifting and moving objects or people without the aid of machinery, and performing manual labor as directed. You will also inspect products to ensure quality according to the quality assurance guide, perform cleaning duties to a professional standard, and operate technology systems while communicating via radio. This role requires physical stamina, as you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8-10 hours a day.
