Central Review Estimator (Work-From-Home) ID-1693
Our Client is seeking a Central Review Estimator to join their team. This role will be essential in standardizing estimating accuracy,maintaining compliance with DRP metrics, and enhancing the efficiency of their high-volume collision centers.
As a Central Review Estimator, you will be responsiblefor reviewing estimates from multiple shop locations to ensure accuracy, DRPcompliance, and operational efficiency. You will act as a key liaison between their estimators, DRP partners, and corporate leadership to ensure estimatesalign with insurance guidelines and company policies.
This is a work-from-home position, but candidates must belocated in the New Jersey market and able to travel to shop locations inEastern NJ, from Freehold to Newark. Occasional travel (10%) is required fortraining and onboarding new estimators.
Key Responsibilities

Estimate Review & Accuracy
- Review and approve repair estimates prepared by shop estimators.
- Ensure estimates adhere to DRP guidelines, insurer requirements, and company standards.
- Identify and correct estimate inconsistencies before submission to insurers.
- Identify items and opportunities to maximize profitability

DRP Compliance & Performance
- Monitor and enforce adherence to insurance carrier performance metrics (cycle time, severity, repair vs. replace decisions, etc.).
- Ensure KPIs are met and proactively address non-compliance trends.
- Act as a point of contact for DRP partners to resolve escalated estimate disputes.

Training & Process Standardization
- Travel to shop locations (10%) to train and onboard new estimators.
- Provide ongoing coaching on best practices for estimating and DRP performance optimization.
- Work closely with operations leaders to improve estimator effectiveness.

Operational Efficiency & Supplement Control
- Reduce cycle time and supplement frequency by identifying missed repair operations upfront.
- Collaborate with shop estimators and insurance adjusters to minimize delays.
- Ensure consistency in repair vs. replace decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of high-volume estimating experience in a collision repair or MSO environment.
- Expertise in DRP guidelines and experience working directly with all major insurance carriers.
- Strong proficiency in CCC ONE, Audatex, or Mitchell estimating software.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and optimize estimating practices to improve DRP compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with estimators, insurance partners, and shop management.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to travel within the Freehold, NJ area as needed (10%).
